CANCELLATION POLICY:
Sometimes it is unavoidable that you need to cancel a session through illness or unexpected times. If for any reason you do need to cancel your session and you give me at least 24 hours notice then no payment will be due.
If you cancel your session with less than 36 hours notice then full payment for the session will still be due.
I would ask that any cancellation should be made by telephone or e-mail.

LATENESS:

We have all experienced days when we are running late. Please don't panic! Give me a ring on 07788696807 and let me know. I will do my best to accommodate this and begin the session as soon as possible. However the full fees will still be payable.

REDUCED FEES:

I came into this profession to help people and so if you have issues with affording the fees, I would rather you spoke to me about this, so we can negotiate fees you can afford.
