During this time, we will chat about what changes you would like to achieve and I will explain how I can help with this. Typical goals include being free of anxiety or phobias, passing exams with confidence, losing weight or coping with pain. I can answer any questions you may have about the process and from this i can develop a tailored plan just for you! A thorough assessment will take an hour to an hour and a half and i ask that you are as honest as possible. Anything discussed is confidential.
Further Hypnotherapy sessions
After the initial assessment and a relaxation session. I will use all your information to build a tailored plan to reach your goals and generally this can be from 3-4 sessions spread over a period of time and will incorporate self hypnosis, a skill you can take away with you and continue at home.
